Processing Time
All orders are carefully packed and dispatched within 3–5 business days. During festive seasons or high-demand periods, processing may take up to 7 business days.
Domestic Shipping (India)
Standard delivery within India takes 5–10 business days. Expedited options may be available at checkout depending on your location.
International Shipping
We ship worldwide. International orders typically arrive within 10–21 business days depending on the destination country and customs clearance. Tatsat Gallery is not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities.
Packaging
Each piece is individually wrapped and packed with care to ensure safe transit. Brass idols and sacred art pieces are secured with protective padding to prevent damage.
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to monitor your shipment.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please send us photographs of the damage within 48 hours of delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
