Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for the following reasons:

The item received is damaged or defective
The item received is significantly different from what was described or shown

We do not accept returns for:

Change of mind or personal preference
Items that have been used, installed, or placed in a puja/worship setting
Custom or made-to-order pieces
Items without original packaging

How to Initiate a Return

Email us at [your email] within 7 days of receiving your order
Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs
Our team will review your request within 2–3 business days and provide return instructions

Return Shipping

For damaged or defective items, Tatsat Gallery will cover return shipping costs
For all other eligible returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping charges
Items must be securely packed to prevent damage in transit

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
